Refund terms vary depending on what you purchase, so we've broken them out by product type below. We aim to be fair, and we're happy to work with you — if you have a question or a concern, reach out any time at info@quantumphysician.com.

1-on-1 Sessions

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable, per our cancellation policy.

To reschedule, reply to your confirmation email at least 24 hours before your session.

Quantum Academy Courses

Because access to digital, self-paced course content is granted immediately upon purchase, Quantum Academy courses are generally non-refundable once access has been provided. If something isn't right, please contact us — we'll take a look.

IBA Courses

IBA course registrations follow the International BodyTalk Association's own cancellation and refund terms, which you agree to at the time of registration. Generally, IBA office-led courses may be cancelled up to 10 days before the start date for a full refund, and no refunds are issued once the course begins. These terms are set by IBA, not by Quantum Physician.

Case-by-Case Requests

Outside of these defaults, we review refund requests individually and in good faith. If your situation doesn't fit neatly above, email us at info@quantumphysician.com and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.
